We are seeking a self-starting team player who is passionate about offering houseless led hygiene, sanitation, and safety to Portland’s unsheltered houseless community. Hygiene4All's Ambassadors will learn and model trauma informed de-escalation, and disrupt and reduce racist, anti-LBGTQ+, sexist, and other types of harm in a joyful supportive setting. All Hygiene4All's staff must have a deep and passionate commitment to community collaboration and organizing using a racial justice and anti-oppression approach. Ambassadors assist in mental health and basic first aid, running the clean clothing and bedding exchange, and clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, first aid hub, and public areas.
